MCBA Mission Statement

The objective of this Beekeepers organization is...

  • Checking the spread of Honey Bee diseases.

  • Share information concerning improved methods of production.

  • Secure recognition of the Beekeeping industry at Alabama and Madison County Fairs.

  • Inform the public as to the value of Honey as food.

  • The importance of the business of Honey production.

  • Evaluate the value of Honey Bees and Beekeeping among Alabama agriculture activities.

MCBA Meeting Times

Madison County Beekeepers meets the second Thursday of every odd month.

  • January
  • March
  • May
  • July
  • September
  • November (Traditionally a Dinner social)

Meeting Time is 630pm.

Meeting location is at the Huntsville Botanical Garden (shows map in new window) in the Boeing Education room located next to the Gift shop.

Located at 4747 Bob Wallace Avenue in Huntsville, Alabama.
